Marie Braga, PT, DPT, CSCS

Marie received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia in 2016 and graduated from New York University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Marie received her CSCS in 2017 and has been a part time personal trainer ever since with a passion for helping women grow confident in the gym and reach their strength potentials.

Marie worked in outpatient orthopedics for one year in New Jersey after graduating and recently moved to Utah with her husband Rafa and her pup Obi.

Marie joined the Pagnani team and hopes to pursue her passion of helping female athletes in the community, as well as weekend warriors who hope to return to their favorite hobbies and activities. Marie also hopes to pursue women's health in order to apply and utilize this knowledge to the female athlete, as well as obtain her OCS to become an orthopedic specialist in the field.

Outside of the clinic, you will find her strength training, running, hiking, mountain biking, traveling, and trying new restaurants!

Marie grew up moving around and lived in many places including Hawaii, Singapore, Wales, Alabama, Georgia, and New York City. Marie had the opportunity with NYU to go to an international clinical observation in Israel where she observed physical therapy treatment for Olympic judo athletes. Marie is very excited to join the Pagnani Physical Therapy team and grow her skillset as a physical therapist!
