Alexa Buerger, DPT

Alexa is a graduate of the University of Utah, with a Bachelor’s degree in Ballet and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

She first found her love for physical therapy after being injured while dancing with Utah Regional Ballet. During her recovery, she saw first-hand the impact physical therapy can have on one’s life. Now, Alexa has a passion for helping people get back to doing what they love and enjoying life, every day.

Alexa especially enjoys working with children and has had experience working in both early intervention and school district settings. She loves the challenge of integrating play with therapy to make it engaging and exciting for her patients and has fun working alongside them.

During her free time, Alexa enjoys dancing, rock climbing, hiking, reading, playing guitar, and spending time with her husband and two cute cats.
